Today was the worst Caturday in feline history. It was something called Breeders Cup. The grass eaters were doing something called racing and Meowmy was yelling and screaming. I mean how can someone nap with all of that uproar. Then she spilled popcorn all over the couch. Antonio

I like to play with popcorn. My meowmy missed that grass eater fun. She was fixing my brother and sister grass eaters' outside house. They are weird. They like to be outside and do not chase mousies or leaves. I have not met them up close. My meowmy says they are very big and I might get scared.

That was fun. I didn't like texture but I did lick the butter off of it. Tonio

I missed the grass eaters race too. I miss popcorn, I miss kitty cuddles......

Meowmy had something done to her eye yesterday. So I was busy doing nursing duties. Tonio

It was something called a corneal abrasion. She will be having cateract surgery on her right eye after Fangsiving. She is doing much better today. Tonio

I hope she gets all the way better soon. At least she will be able to make the turkey for Fangsgiving.

She's doing fine now. As grumpy as ever. Tonio

Sometimes grumpy is a good thing. In your meowmys's case it means she's her old self IYHO.
In my meowmys' case it means I didn't let her sleep enough. But I need lots of cuddles, hugs, and attention.....I don't know how long I have to keep giving her those things. She's getting kinda old.

Antonio went to the vet on Tuesday and everything is fine. His blood work is good, there was a slight change in his kidney values but Dr. K says nothing to worry about. He will go back for a spring check up.

Meowmy had cateract surgery on her eye Monday. She was all grumpy. I applied my excellent nursing skills and she is fine now. She had to have a new lens put into her glasses. While she could see without them, she couldn't drive and if she can't drive she can't shop for noms and treats. tonio

Oh! I'm glad she got that done. It would be tragic not to have noms.

I am glad your meowmy is fine now and can see to drive. It would be horrible if you had no noms or treats!

It means dessert. For me it's pumpkin, I like it. For Meowmy it's anything sweet. Since it's CrispMouse Eve I get one of my presents. It's a bag of treats. Tonio

Mine was a fishing toy. A schmouse on the end of string that Meomwy drags so I can chase it along with a fresh tin of catnip. Tonio

We got some catnip in our suppers and some mice that have been in the catnip Auntie Sue sent us. We were happy that CrispMouse sent us fun things.

My Meowmy says there are 12 days of CrispMouse so I may get a New Years present too. Tonio

Just checking in to wish everyone a joyous New Year. It's bitterly cold here in Dallas, so my New Years wish is that all who living rough have safe places to den up. Tonio
