How sad.  My sister-in-law met him when they were filming Surviving Christmas at the house next door to theirs in Chicago.  We all trudged over there to watch the outdoor scenes being filmed in the dead of winter.  Rest in Peace.

I know, I caught the Sopranos off and on and thought he was
outstanding.

I'm generally not a fan of mob shows or movies, and I certainly did not watch the Sopranos regularly for that reason, but Wesley would often give me a heads-up that an episode did not contain a lot of the senseless gangster violence and I would watch here and there with him.  It was a very well-done show and Gandolfini was great.  My first introduction to the show was when Wesley borrowed the first seasons on DVD from a friend, and I came home from an outing to some very LOUD profanity and gunfire in my home. affraid Even the pets were a bit upset!  What a Face  Wesley was scolded for that one... Laughing  I'm not sure why he feels the need to crank it up like that - maybe he's trying to duplicate the deafening theater experience - something I've never understood.  Rolling Eyes
