Since it's Saturady and I actually cook for myself.
I posted this under saving money. I bought bought enough
meat for the next month. Anyway I grilled a steak which I stuffed
with some sheep's milk cheese, coated with olive oil and crushed
pepper corns. Grilled some potatoes, carrots, garlic and rosemary.
With some Haagan Daz ice caream(single portion) for desert. Washed
down with some red wine from Spain.

Had leftover barbecue last night, I sure don't want to have more of that tonight. I need a break from it.......maybe some noodles?

i've never had that flavor of hagen daaz.....i miss their honey flavor..used to get that in the little individual cups in college.

did Judy make a whole salmon or was it something with salmon in it? (i've only ever made stuff with canned salmon which isn't hard to work with...but i can imagine a whole fish is another story!).

Whole salmon, it's also not hard to work with and the steaks are
even easier because they can be handled like a steak.
I like the individual serving cups, they save me from myself.

MMmmmmm, if only they made Blue Moon.................I could go for some Blue Moon ice cream.

I'm craving something from my childhood: tuna and potato chip casserole.

Yeah, I can. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Probably some turkey stirfry since I have veggies all cut up that won't fit in the freezer and a small piece of turkey breast that wouldn't fit in mom's. She took it out to make room for something else.

mac and cheese from the blue box with tuna (coulda used some peas and onions) but it wasn't bad:)I was shocked they were using that upstairs...i really perfer the 'blue box' stuff to the 'gourmet' stuff. there's enough starch in my mac i don't need bread crumbs added!

I had a salad with stuff I saved from the
salad bar. Pretty good, there was some feta
cheese, tomatoes. I picked up some other stuff
from the salad bar at Whole Foods along with desert.
A St Arnolds wheat beer was the beverage, two mini
cupcakes for desert.

Well just polished off the last of the greenery from
the salad bar. Have some spare ribs, along with some
potatoes, carrots and onions. with olive oil, garlic and
rosemary on the grill. Followed by some Dreyers Mocha
Almond. A red wine.
