Now I'm between books and lost of what to read next. I have been on the waiting at library for two ebooks for almost a month. Hopefully I will be able to check out of those soon.

Waiting lists for ebooks? Wow! I didn't know that happened.

I just started Dick Francis's Gamble (by Felix Francis). I love those books. Quick reads, but always enjoyable. I think I'll read Dick Francis's autobiography next year too.

Waiting lists for ebooks do happen as well as waiting lists for downloadable audiobook. The waiting lists for audiobooks and ebooks happens when the library system has a small number of copies for it. The library system here has a way for patrons to download a audio book onto the computer or tablet. Catch is that a specific program has to be downloaded and then transfer the audio book to the program. Then you can transfer it to an mp3 player or just listen to it on tablet or computer.

Just started a biography of Alexander Dumas father. It's okay, I may move on to something else though.

Finished Blood of Tyrants a week ago. I'm trying to read Revival by Stephan King. When I get started to read it, I ended up getting distracted with a needier than needy cat that refuses to leave me alone.

Lots of magazines to get rid of them. I don't want to haul them to the new place when I move and I don't want to toss them unread either.

I am going to go to the library later to pick up Princess in Disguise by E.D. Baker. It is the fourth book in the Tales of the Wide-Awake Princess series.

Sounds interesting. I will be finishing The Paying Guests, and glad of it. It's a really good book, but I just didn't like it. Next, is Lots of Candles, Plenty of Cake by Anna Quindlen.

Diary of a Mad Brownie

The newest book from one of my favorite writers Bruce Coville. It is the first book of a new series The Enchanted Files. The brownie is not the kind you eat! Very Happy

Re: what cha readin??

It has been.....I can even sorta see a floorplan for one if I ever get enough money (and space) to build one. Picture this: Door on the long side around the middle. In the living room by day it's a sofa, by night a twin size bed. My wood footlockers stacked for an end table and two others side by side (on sliders) with a cushion on top as a window seat. A fold down table that looks like a heavy-framed picture on the wall. Footlocker window seat to sit on at the table. Little heater made to look like a mini stone fireplace, with mantle no less! Cute not so little kitchen with an apartment sized stove, full size fridge tucked under the top step, pantry tucked next to it in the corner. Bathroom under the rest of the stairs (no ladder to a loft for me!) I figure a shower would fit right under an upper step beautifully, sink and toilet under the lower ones. Litterpan access under the very bottom step. Old Mason jars wired as hanging light fixtures (saw one on tv). Loft edge enclosed by clear double paned plexiglass wall with cubbies filled with my cobalt/aqua (and two green) bottles and jars currently on top of my cupboards (they'd look kinda like they're suspended in midair). Light coming in from the upstairs skylight would go through those to cast pretty colors all over. Most of the upstairs loft would be for storage of clothes, craft stuff, books, and dvds. And for going on the road: a fold up porch with fold down roof. It runs along the entire length of the house. Folded and then locked together in place those would protect the entire side of the house and the front door. Thinking maybe a back porch like that too to balance the weight out going down the road.
What do you think of my floorplan so far?

Now reading Tumbleweed DIY book of backyard sheds & tiny houses right now.....has some floorplans and detailed instructions on building them from the ground up. Interesting stuff.
