Cheese toast with sliced tomatoes on top. Sautéed sweet potato leaves on the side. I never had them before, but they're delicious.

Sweet potato leaves? Never heard of people eating the leaves before.

How do you cook them? Just curious.

I ate a squash blossom that was broken off the stem by someone, raw. It was okay. I'd heard people stuff them with rice and stuff and bake them.

Pizza in a bowl for me tonight since mom and Brad are having pizza.

Tonight's dinner was a tomato and mozzarella sandwich. Yum! I had fresh bread from the local baker, cheese from the local produce store, and tomatoes from the garden.

BLTs with the yummy bread and more of the tomatoes. Tomorrow, I'm going to make some pico. (Thanks for the suggestion, Sue.)

Mmmmmm......I was thinking taco salad but after reading this thread I'm not so sure. The grilled cheese tomato sandwich sounds good too. So does the chicken.

I bought some brie and sourdough bread. Made grilled brie and tomatoe sandwich. Antonio loved the brie.

Home made tomato sauce on something. Bread? Pasta? Spaghetti squash? Have a while to think about it. Just turned off the crock pot with the sauce in it.

Squash and onions sautéed in olive oil and cheese burgers on the grill. YUM!

Lunch was tomato, spinach, and feta salad with balsamic vinegar. YUM!

Had salmon with fresh from a garden purple beans (which turned green when I cooked them). Tonight I'll probably have cold chow mein since it's too hot to cook.

We're going to do catfish on the grill and whatever veggies come out of the CSA bag. I have some beans that I'm going to cook for bean salad. Maybe that'll be appetizer. Oh yeah... And a nice white because it's FRIDAY.
