Pups and Lucie

Post by pupskweek on Fri Dec 31, 2010 12:46 am

Hi again--I'm still reading! Been very busy--celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary--my husband needs to go in for a hip replacement in February--we got a new used car and have a neat little seat and I love you harness fixed up for Lucie, she loves it, she feels very safe in it and can stick her head out the window with confidence. Don't really know where the time goes, the older I get the faster it flys by--I will be here reading whenever I can! Love ya all--Pups

It's SO good to see you, Pup!! Very Happy Congrats on your 50th, my dear, that's quite a milestone.

Best wishes for your hub and his hip. One of the guys at work had a hip replacement a while back, and after nearly a year of walking with canes then crutches, he was playing tennis within months. Really! May your hubby's experience be just as good.

Stay in touch! I love you

Congratulations on 50 years together! How wonderful!

Did you get one of those booster seats? We have one for the two dogs and it's terrific!

Did I mention that Lucie has a new frenemy in Trouble, our son's new terrier--they do play but when Lucie gets tired of Trouble she snarls! I wish they would play more the exercise is good for them both. But Trouble is troublesome and hard to take for too long--I feel that way myself--and noisy, oh my! It's been a while since Lucie was that active and noisy. My husband Johnnie has to lose a *lot* of weight before February--lucky for me he's so mellow! (after 50 years....)
